if ur budget is US$800, u can get a really nice Burton in north America (Custom X $650, Custom $500, Shaun White $500). But I dont think thats a good idea, since ur a new boarder. Before u have a board, u wont have idea which kind of board will fit u good. So I suggest u to get a cheap one first, and after ride it for a season, u will know what kind of board u need.
